Delivery
Delivery dates will be confirmed once an order is received.
Structural fixings can be delivered next day, if an order is received by 1pm. Otherwise, delivery is typically 1-2 days.
Delivery dates for windows and doors are typically 15 working days (from the date full payment is received).
For large volume orders, delivery may be longer. We will advise you of the delivery date when we confirm your order but please note, we cannot specify a delivery time as we operate a multi-drop system.
All windows and doors come pre-glazed and fully factory fitted. This can mean that some units are heavy. Our deliveries are to your kerbside. Please ensure you have arranged for someone to be present and available all day and can assist the driver to unload your goods and check all items have been received.
If no-one is present to receive the goods, a storage and re-delivery charge will apply. This charge may vary and we will advise you of the amount, when we contact you to arrange the next delivery. Once you have received your goods, please do take the time to examine each unit to ensure it matches your order and there is no damage.
Thinking of opening an account with us?
During the first 3 months your account has been opened, we will require full payment when you place an order.
After this initial period, when you place an order, we will confirm the order and send you an invoice to be paid within 28 days.
What to do, if you find a problem with your order and need to return goods
Although your goods have been rigorously checked before being despatched by going through the manufacturers quality control system, we advise you check your order and the goods and contact us within 24 hours if you find anything amiss at . Errors have been known to occur in the original order and this is best done, before you remove your existing windows and doors, just in case a problem is found.
Firstly, check each item delivered matches your order. Check the specification, for example, the size, colour, finish, seals etc and also that each unit opens and closes smoothly or for any imperfections.
*Or, ask your qualified installer to check the goods for you.
Should you discover something, simply email us, noting your order number and explaining your query. We will then contact you to discuss your query and do our best to resolve it for you.
If we are unable to resolve your query, we will arrange to collect the item and return it to the manufacturer for inspection (at your own cost). The inspection is important to determine whether there is a genuine problem and if so, to ensure it is rectified and thereby, giving you the confidence it will not occur again in the future. The assessment during the inspection is to the highest standard and it is to our benefit, as well as yours, that we find and rectify any problems at the earliest opportunity. This will ensure we can maintain our high standards and our reputation for providing high quality products.
As we are only a supply company and do not keep windows and doors in stock but manufacture the product specifically to your order, this process may take some time and we will advise you of this and the potential of extra cost to you, at our earliest opportunity.
If a fault or manufacturing error is found or defective materials, we will arrange to repair (or replace where necessary) the item and deliver it to you free of charge. Any cost incurred by you for the return of faulty goods will be reimbursed within 30 days.
However, if no fault or manufacturing error is found or defective materials, an extra charge for the re-delivery of the item will apply.
Alternatively, you may wish to have the goods inspected by an independent and qualified installer or you can visit The Glass & Glazing Federation (GFF) website, which explains how to perform a professional visual check on the quality standard for glass.
Installation & Building Regulations
Through our partnering iniative and network of installers, we only use professionally qualified and registered installers.
Due to on-site handling, installation methods or the type of opening that the goods are being installed into, minor adjustments may be required by the installer.
You may intend to install our products yourself and this choice is entirely yours. Please note that replacement windows and doors require approval by your local authority building control.
Before you decide to install windows yourself, it is worth noting, that FENSA is a national government authorised self-assessment scheme for window and door installers. By using a FENSA registered installer, the homeowner will receive a certificate which acts as documentary evidence that the installation work has been self-certified as complying with building regulations. This gives you a hassle-free option, as you do not need to apply for approval to your local authority building control yourself.
Whether you choose to install the products yourself or employ a qualified person, should a problem arise after installation we reserve the right to obtain a mutually agreed independent inspection to identify whether the product has been properly installed, used, maintained, stored or serviced. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover any reasonable costs if the goods have not been properly used or installed.
We will repair or replace any goods as a result of defective materials or manufacture. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Please note, building regulations require that replacement windows have trickle vents, in accordance with Approved Document F1 - Means of Ventilation.
