Jim Boulden of CNN meets Hans Eek, co-founder of the passive house concept. Whilst there, he learns how the passive house concept can also be used to upgrade existing buildings, converting high-maintenance inefficent buildings into a new generation of highly efficient energy-saving structures, with an extended life-span.
