Please use standard document formats such as PDF, DOC, RTF or JPEG (Word, Excel, JPEG pictures). CAD drawings may need to be compressed and zipped before sending or converted into other formats such as PDF. Please send any,

- Invoice address and site/delivery address
- Contract type (‘supply only’ or ‘supply and fit’)
- The product(s) required
- Dimensions in mm
- Diagram to display the configuration, where relevant (e.g. for window quotes)
- Any special requirements (e.g. obscure glazing for window quotes)
- Any other requirements (e.g. bedroom windows require means of escape for building regulations)
